Inflatable doll (air dutch wife) Breast Processing Procedure
Inflatable doll (air dutch wife) we will be using is "Saiko Metori," a new 2.5D girlfriend added in 2025.
The adhesive used during processing is Bond Ultra Multi-Purpose S・U Clear. It comes in a large 120ml size, so you don't have to worry about running out. Scissors will also be used.

First, make a cut in Breast . You can make it anywhere, but to avoid accidentally cutting parts other than Breast , it's best to do it near the tip of Breast .
Please be careful not to cut any overlapping plastic on the main unit, and only cut the plastic on Breast .
Cut straight down from where you made the incision to the frame of Breast .
Once you've cut up to the frame, change the orientation and cut all the way around.
I removed the plastic covering from the Breast section. There are now air holes in the main unit.
I cut off both Breast sections.
To fill the air holes in the main unit, cut the separated Breast to an appropriate size to make a patch.
Apply glue to the cut patch.
Use the included spatula to press down firmly and cover the hole with the patch. Once both are attached, leave for 24 hours for the adhesive to dry.
This is the hook-and-loop fastener used to attach the Breast . I chose this one because the width was a perfect fit for the Chichihitotsu I was using.

This set includes both male and female branches, and is generously sized at 4.92 in (12.5 cm) wide x 1m long. I chose white to make it less conspicuous.
As you can see, it fits perfectly to the width of Chichihitotsu, so it looks like we can cut it without any waste.
We'll make a pattern for Chichihitotsu. Here's a lazy trick: If you place Breast on top of cardboard, you can easily make a pattern using oil bleeding.
If you leave it on for too long, it will smudge too much, and if you leave it on for too short, it won't smudge properly, so the timing is quite important. About one minute seems to be ideal.
Try fitting the two patterns you've made to the back of the fabric. Don't worry if it's not a perfect fit at this stage, as you can adjust it later.
Place the pattern on the hook-and-loop fastener and cut it out with scissors.
I cut the hook-and-loop fastener. I prepared both the male and female ends.
Apply glue to the back of the hook-and-loop fastener. Apply a generous amount, making sure there are no gaps.
Attach the hook-and-loop fastener to the bottom of the loop. For the Breast side, I used the male side (the hardness side). Leave it like this for 24 hours until it becomes hardness .
Next, we'll attach the hook-and-loop fastener (female) to the Inflatable doll (air dutch wife) side. When we place it to determine the position, it fits almost perfectly into the frame of Breast . So we'll decide on this position.
I attached the hook-and-loop fasteners and waited 24 hours for it to be converted to hardness . I also attached them to my AI Girlfriend using the same procedure. Having the template is convenient because I can use the same procedure to attach them to any Inflatable doll (air dutch wife) I purchase in the future.

Now let's actually install Breast . Some of you may be wondering if there will be any air leaks when disconnecting Breast .
The air holes are secured with a double layer of patch and hook-and-loop fastener, so if installed correctly, there's virtually no risk of air leaking. I flattened two figures this time, and even after leaving them fully inflated for a week, neither of them lost any air.
I installed Breast . Each of the two Chichihitotsu weighs about 1.32 lb (600 g), so together they weigh 1.2kg. I feel that this is about the maximum weight that Breast can withstand for practical use. Any heavier and it becomes easy to tip forward and difficult to balance.
The weight balance seems fine even when it's lying down.
If you want to narrow the gap between Breast , adjust the position of the hook-and-loop fastener you are attaching.
Thanks to the strong hook-and-loop fasteners, it can withstand being rubbed and kneaded.
When removing Breast , you can safely remove it by holding down the male and female hook-and-loop fasteners with your fingers as shown. Please be careful not to forcibly remove it, as this may damage both the body and Breast .
